Goalkeeper Academy
Goalkeeper training will be an important feature at the Saint Leo University Women’s Soccer Academy. Goalkeepers will train separately twice a day and take part in the evening matches with the other Residential and Extended Day campers. A total instructional program is covered including: shot stopping, ball handling, taking crosses, footwork, diving, positioning, catching, one on one, working as a part of the defense, becoming the first attacker, distribution, effective communication, and the psychology of goalkeeping.

The Saint Leo Univesrity Women's Soccer Academy will feature a College Recruiting Forum & Peer Talks providing campers the opportunity to interact with college coaches and players about “what it takes” to be a college athlete. Sessions and demonstration will be held regarding speed, strength and conditioning for the elite soccer player.

Goalkeeper campers will enjoy the same facilities used by athletes at Saint Leo University. Two soccer fields, swimming pool, tennis courts and other facilities to insure a week of enjoyment. Campers will be housed in air-conditioned residence halls and enjoy all-you-caneat- meals.

Discounts
A $20 discount is available if registration is received on or before July 1, 2012. The multi family member discount is $20 per child. Teams with 8 or more contact for discount information. One discount per person.

SLUWSA operates independently from the University as a limited liability corporation.
It is owned and operated by Ged O’Connor, Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Saint Leo University.
